New York, NY -- BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, the longest operating performance venue in lower Manhattan, proudly presents the final event in the 2018-2019 Family Series Season: Shh! We Have a Plan from Cahoots NI on Saturday, May 11 at 11:00AM. Shh! is the final show of BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center’s 2018-2019 Family Theater Season, featuring plays, musicals, puppetry, concerts and dance for all ages.
Based on the delightful Chris Haughton book of the same title, follow the journey of some madcap characters each of whom has a plan – they all want to capture a beautiful bird perched high in a tree! Sounds simple, but the quest becomes an obsession and the obsession becomes the absurd! Where will it all end? Join us as we follow the characters’ exploits, meet an elusive and magical little birdie and discover that perhaps freedom and kindness are more important than getting what you want at any cost! Recommended for ages 3-8.
