Sofia Kenin, Milos Raonic (right leg injury), Serena Williams and Venus Williams have withdrawn from the US Open.
Their places in the singles main draws will be taken by lucky losers.
The US Open men's and women's singles draws will be revealed at noon ET on Thursday.
