Have you ever wondered what a conductor does? Most people have seen a conductor waving wildly at the orchestra while they do all the hard work of making the sound. Can't musicians just count?

Join us for The Maestro Mystique at the Safe Harbors Lobby at the Ritz Thursday, October 24 at 7 p.m. at Safe Harbors Lobby at the Ritz for this multi-media presentation with Russell Ger - Music Director of the Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra. In this program, Ger delves into the fascinating world of conducting and its surprising array of skills and techniques.

Discover a whole new world and answer the old question: What Does a Conductor Do?

Tickets are $20 in advance online until noon on the day of the event, and $25 at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m.
