New Rochelle residents are invited to the Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration sponsored by the New Rochelle Youth Council and the STRIVE Leadership Academy of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau. This celebration will be held at City Hall, 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle on Thursday, October 10th starting promptly at 6:00pm. Join us for a musical tribute in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Free Admittance. 5:30pm refreshments will be available for sale All are welcome.
