 A Gentleman’s Guide To Love And Murder Comes To Rhinebeck

Up in One Productions proudly presents the regional premier of A Gentleman’s Guide

to Love  and Murder at The Center for Performing Arts in Rhinebeck running from November 5 – 21,  2021. The highly acclaimed Broadway musical comedy with Book and Lyrics by Robert L. Freedman and Music and Lyrics by Steven Lutvak won four Tony Awards, including Best Musical and Best Book as well as seven Drama Desk Awards, including Outstanding Musical.

Set in Edwardian London, the story centers on lowborn clerk Monty Navarro, who learns that he is ninth in line to inherit the Earldom of the wealthy D’Ysquith family. When the head of the family rejects his claim, Monty schemes to jump the line of succession by eliminating the eight unsuspecting relatives standing in his way. What ensues is a murderous romp filled with unforgettable music, non-stop laughs, and romantic complications 

Kevin Archambault directs and choreographs the Up In One Production of A Gentleman’s Guide to Love And Murder with music direction by Cheryl Engelhardt and Lynne Czajka. The show features Emily Boone, Erin Hebert, Peter Kiewra, Michael Koutelos, Amy LeBlanc, Ory Lopez, Melissa Matthews, Emma Morcone, Thomas Netter, Duane Joseph Olson and Gianna Tucci.
