Women's Soccer Downed 5-1 By SUNY Polytechnic Wildcats in NEAC Action

Fighting Tigers Drop 5-1 Road Decision at SUNY Polytechnic

Marcy, N.Y. - The SUNY Cobleskill women's soccer team dropped a 5-1 decision to host SUNY Polytechnic Institute on Saturday afternoon in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) action. The loss drops the Fighting Tigers to 0-10 overall on the season including a 1-5 mark in league play while the Wildcats move to 6-3-2 overall with a 4-1-1 mark in conference play.

Freshman forward Kimberly Sullivan, Dedham, Mass., Norfolk County Agricultural High School, scored Cobleskill's lone goal on the afternoon on a break-a-way in the ninth minute of play.

The Orange & Black will return to action after the college's fall break on Saturday October 17th for a NEAC match-up with the Wolfpack of Keuka College with kick-off scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
