Next Step’s new managing broker just might regret getting promoted when the agency’s employees start to complain about the newcomer’s performance on an all-new episode of “Next Step Realty: NYC,” airing tonight, Tuesday, August 25th, 9:01-10:01 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.

In the episode titled “Reality Check,” Blair addresses growing pains with the agency’s new managing
broker, which leads to a showdown among the staff. Victoria aims to find the perfect NYC apartment to impress an international client. Margit’s commission depends on feuding sisters making amends.

Meanwhile her cryptic Instagram post, #ournextstep, raises suspicions in the office.

From Lincoln Square Productions comes “Next Step Realty: NYC,” a business-based docu-series following the passionate and ambitious employees of The Next Step Realty, a Manhattan-based real estate firm specializing in helping recent college graduates find their apartments in New York City. While the Next Step staff navigates the challenges of a lucrative and cut-throat real-estate market, interpersonal and professional conflicts erupt behind the scenes. Danielle Rossen (“What Would You Do?”) and Michael Driscoll (“The Bachelorette”) serve as executive producers.
