In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. 

In the afternoon, the President and First Lady will deliver remarks at an event at the White House on expanding college opportunity. This event will include college and university presidents and leaders from nonprofits, foundations, state governments, and businesses across the country. The event will be open press and streamed live on www.whitehouse.gov/live.
