SBA Businesses Recovery Center Opens to New Rochelle

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has relocated the Westchester County SBA Business Recovery Center(BRC) from the New York Power Authority ((NYPA) to the New Rochelle American Legion Post #8 to help businesses affected by the remnants of Hurricane Ida.

“The SBA is committed to the New York small business community’s

economic recovery,” said the SBA New York District Director Beth L. Goldberg. “We encourage any small business in an Ida-affected borough or county to meet with an SBA representative at a Business Recovery Center to learn how a low-interest disaster loan can help them recover.” The disaster declaration covers Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester counties in New York, which are eligible for both Physical and Economic Injury Disaster Loans from the SBA.
