When CEO Blair Brandt reveals he’s looking to fill a coveted Managing Broker position, a battle between The Next Step’s ambitious young realtors breaks out on the series premiere of ABC Family’s hot new reality series “Next Step Realty: NYC,” airing tonight, Tuesday, August 11th, 9:01-10:01 p.m. ET/PT.

In the premiere episode, titled “Checks and Balances,” agents Matt and Bri fight to expand their roles at The Next Step Realty when management re-shuffles the office hierarchy. The rest of the team speculates whether Blair’s new relationship status may be affecting his better judgment.

From Lincoln Square Productions comes “Next Step Realty: NYC,” a business-based docu-series following the passionate and ambitious employees of The Next Step Realty, a Manhattan-based real
estate firm specializing in helping recent college graduates find their apartments in New York City.
While the Next Step staff navigates the challenges of a lucrative and cut-throat real-estate market,
interpersonal and professional conflicts erupt behind the scenes. Danielle Rossen (“What Would You
Do?”) and Michael Driscoll (“The Bachelorette”) serve as executive producers.
