Ulster County Clerk Nina Postupack will be focusing her remarks on Ulster County's unique history and the treasure trove of historical artifacts that are housed in the County's Hall of Records. The County Archives hold some of the oldest and most unique records in the United States. On display at the breakfast meeting will be some very rare historical artifacts including the original 1658 Stockade Bond, the 1665 Nicolls Treaty that ended the second Esopus-Indian war and an original beaded Wampum belt.
