UPDATE 5:59pm: According to New York City Fire Department, Entire top floor is heavily involved, it’s still a very heavy, active fire scene. Currently 1 civilian and 4 Firefighters with non-life-threatening injuries  -#FDNY Chief of Department James Leonard on 5-alarm fire, 565 W 144 St Manhattan.
UPDATE 5:30pm: Roof has collapsed to the 6th floor. New York City Fire Department is reporting, More than 200 #FDNY members are operating on scene of a 5-alarm fire, 565 W 144 St Manhattan. There are currently no injuries reported.
