Secretary Kerry is on foreign travel to Doha, Qatar and Shannon, Ireland. Secretary Kerry is accompanied by Ambassador Marshall, Assistant Secretary Gordon and Acting Assistant Secretary Jones. 
9:00 a.m. LOCAL Secretary Kerry meets with the staff and families of Embassy Doha, in Doha, Qatar.
3:45 p.m. LOCAL Secretary Kerry meets with Eamon Gilmore, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ireland, in Shannon, Ireland.

USAID ADMINISTRATOR RAJ SHAH
Administrator Shah is on foreign travel in Mumbai, India from March 5 through 8. While in Mumbai, Administrator Shah will announce significant new programs and partnerships that will reduce preventable child deaths. He will also meet with senior government officials, members of India’s private sector and representatives from civil society and deliver keynote remarks at the Indian Philanthropy Forum and the Asia Society.
