YouTube singing sensation Christina Grimmie is making a name for herself as the newest break-out star to hit the internet since Justin Bieber. At just 17 years old, singer/songwriter Christina has released her first EP onJune 14th debuting at #31 on the billboard 200 and #11 on their digital charts. In just two months the independent release sold over 22,000copies. Her dynamic compositions include elements of Pop, Techno and Rock.
Born in South Jersey, Christina started singing and creating music at the age of 4. By 10, she was playing the piano and at 15 she posted her first You Tube video. In a little over a year and a half she has acquired more than 1,000,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel where she has videos of her playing piano and singing energetic covers of Miley Cyrus, Owl City, Celine Dion, Taylor Swift and Christina Aguilera. Since she began, Christina’s videos have received over 205 million views.
Christina aspires to stand out from the crowd by being a genuine role model and creating music with an inspirational style.
