"It was a beautiful day on the canal with great racing conditions," Hamilton head coach Rob Weber said. "Our men's boats raced very well today and continue to show progress. All three crews exhibited consistency and intensity and managed to score solid wins."
Hamilton's winning time in the varsity eight was 6:11.25. Union was next in 6:21.93 and the
Diplomats posted a time of 6:30.14.
In the second varsity eight, the Continentals finished with a time of 6:37.08 and the Dutchmen were next in 6:41.26. In the novice four, Hamilton ended up with a time of 7:30.22 and Franklin & Marshall recorded a time of 7:45.36.
Saturday's regatta at St. Lawrence University was cancelled due to high winds in Waddington, N.Y.
The Continentals travel to the Cayuga Inlet in Ithaca, N.Y., to row against Ithaca College, Marist College and Colgate University on Saturday, April 23.

Hamilton kept the Gilman Cup in Clinton by defeating Union in the varsity eight and took back the Gilman Bowl with a victory against the Dutchmen in the second varsity eight. The Continentals cruised to a win against Franklin & Marshall in the novice four.
