Newman is known for her roles as Ginger Falcone in Zeke and Luther, Cindy Collins in Zoom and Emily Hobbs in "See Dad Run" Newman, as a child model has participated in many photo shoots such as Inspire Magazine, Kaiya Eve Photoshoots 2009 and Dream Magazine. Hollywood, California - Fifteen year old Amber Montana looked adorable in a blue top, white jacket and pants with black shoes as she stepped out Sunday evening to attend the Hollywood Christmas Parade benefiting the Toys for Tots Foundation on December 1, 2013 in Hollywood, California.

Amber Montana can be seen as the lead character on the new Nickelodeon comedy "The Haunted Hathaways" and steps out as 'Taylor Hathaway.' Amber, originally from Tampa, Florida, moved to California when she was 8-years-old to pursue acting. Prior to "Haunted Hathaways," Amber portrayed a kidnapped girl in a film based on a true story called "She Could Be You." From that first taste of acting, Amber knew that she wanted to pursue it as a career. Amber grew up in an animal loving home with three dogs and is pursuing charity work for animal shelters. In her spare time, Amber enjoys playing the piano, teaching herself how to read sheet music and taking singing lessons. She hopes to record a song for "The Haunted Hathaways." Amber looks to Johnny Depp for inspiration in drama, Lucille Ball for inspiration in comedy and to Demi Lovato and Ed Sheeran for her musical inspiration.

UPDATED: MetroNorth Train Derailed

We are following breaking news out of Bronx, New York where a metro north train has derailed from it's tracks with numerous people trapped with cars overturned. More than 63 people have been injured with 4 confirmed being fatal and 11 critically. Fire & Rescue workers are on scene.

The derailment was reported around 7:20am this morning. There are 130 firefighters on scene.

Metropolitan Transportation Authority police say the train derailed near the Spuyten Duyvil station.

MTA says four or five cars on the seven-car train derailed about 100 yards north of the station on a curved section of the track. But the MTA added that none of the cars entered the Hudson or Harlem rivers, which are adjacent.

Amtrak Empire Line Service is restored between New York City and Albany.

However, Amtrak said Northeast Corridor service between Boston and Washington is not affected.
