Pavone Named SUNYAC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

Buffalo State junior midfielder Luke Pavone (Rochester/Churchville-Chili) was named the SUNYAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Bengals to a pair of victories.

The health and wellness major had three goals and an assist in the two-game week as the Bengals pushed their unbeaten streak to four games.  Pavone tallied two goals and an assist in a 5-1 victory at D'Youville on Thursday, and then added another goal as he helped the Bengals remain unbeaten in SUNYAC play with a 2-0 win over Fredonia on Saturday.

Buffalo State (8-2-2/2-0-1) will host Cortland in another SUNYAC game this Friday at 3 p.m.
