Inglewood, California - Twenty five year old singer/actress Lucy Hale looked beautiful wearing a black leather top and long flowing floral skirt with silver high heels on the red carpet for the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards held at The Forum on August 24, 2014 in Inglewood, California.

She wore a second outfit on the red carpet a pink/black strapless dress with pink high heels as she was the pre-show host.

Lucy Kate Hale is an American actress and singer. She was one of five winners of the reality show American Juniors. She is best known for her role as Aria Montgomery on the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars.
