White House Schedule - March 14, 2014

In the morning, the President and Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny will meet in the Oval Office. The Vice President will also attend. The United States and Ireland share a strong bilateral relationship; deep cultural, historic, and people-to-people bonds; and a shared commitment to advancing peace, security, and prosperity in the world.

Afterwards, the President and Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny will attend a St. Patrick’s Day lunch at the United States Capitol. The Vice President will also attend. The President’s remarks are closed press.

In the evening, the President and the First Lady will host a St. Patrick’s Day reception in the East Room. The Vice President will also attend.
