In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. 

Later in the morning, the President and the Vice President will deliver remarks to the National Governors Association in the State Dining Room.

In the afternoon, the President will meet with governors of Western States to discuss drought and wildfires.
