In the morning, the President will view the COMET electric vehicle at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza hotel. There will be travel pool coverage of the viewing. Following this event, the President will deliver remarks to the troops at Fort Bonifacio. 

Later in the morning, the President will participate in a wreath laying ceremony at the Manila American Cemetery to honor fallen soldiers.

In the afternoon, the President will depart Manila, Philippines en route Anchorage, Alaska on his way to Washington, DC.
